Balance on arrival, the half paid in the room
The balance is the second half of the fee, paid in the room when she arrives, in euros, by card, or in another major currency at a sum confirmed first.
A booking at an airport hotel is paid in two halves. The first goes ahead as the deposit. The second, the balance, is paid in the room at the start of the session, so that nothing about money is left for the end, when a traveller's mind is already on the gate.
How it is paid
In cash in euros, by card, or in cash in another major currency. A traveller arriving with dollars or pounds does not need to find an exchange desk in the terminal: the exact sum in that currency is confirmed in writing in the thread before she sets out, and that is the sum paid.
The figures
The balance is always half of the figure in the chosen therapist's profile. It mirrors the deposit to the cent, so whatever went ahead by card before the flight landed is the same sum handed over at the door, on an hour, on ninety minutes, on two hours or on the overnight. Prices include all taxes, and there is no travel supplement for the airport.
A same-day exception in the city
One kind of booking is paid entirely on arrival: a returning client asking for one or two hours later the same day at an address in central Amsterdam. A layover at an airport hotel never falls into it, so on a layover the balance is always the second half rather than the whole.
